because I'm not sure exactly why I enjoy psych except that after a boatload of OP reports and medical discharge summaries, it is just a nice change of pace. I also like that they are longer dictations. I know some people say that they do psych reports that are pages and pages long, but I haven't run into anything of that magnitude yet.
I personally haven't purchased any spell checkers or exansion programs. Just within the last 6 weeks or so, I was switched to a different platform and it has its own spell check and expansion program and they seem to be doing the job. Maybe someone else can answer that one for you.
