There is one who has 3 accounts and she's notorious for never being around. Sometimes we wonder if she's not working another job because she absolutely never answers her phone, is online, or answers emails. There's been lots of rearranging and cleaning house the past few months and it's really gotten so much better. Accounts are growing like crazy and from what I hear, we need a LOT of help to keep the accounts onshore.
