I am doing it.

I graduated from M-Tec 2-1/2 years ago, am in my second full year of employment for a large national and will make very close to 45K this year. I am an employee with benefits and work very little overtime. I have been on the same acute care account for the entire time (the luck factor - I haven't had to continually switch around on unfamiliar accounts). I had excellent training, both in school and on the job, and I also feel that I have a very strong aptitude for this work - I am a college grad with excellent spelling, grammar, and usage skills, and a knack for for picking up foreign languages quickly (medical terminology) I work hard and don't let myself get too distracted, and I try to make full use of macros. That's about the long and short of it for me.
