Could not have said it all better myself, PA.
I believe in an effort to cut the bottom line from former bad management and to make MQ more attractive to a buyer, they went wild with cutbacks, poorly planned work distributions and from what I am told from reliable sources in management, corporate just plain isn't the least bit interested in how it feels to the MTs. Don't like it, then leave, which I too will be doing in 2 weeks after over a decade here. I had thought for a while they were just not telling us their direction, we don't really need details, but now I find the corporate position is that whatever direction there may be is how it is.. like it or not... Far too many chiefs and the indians, who are the MTs, are packing up their tents and moving on... How can any business even sustain a client base when their new hires are truly clueless about being a professional???
