Help for a new MT looking

HI,, My daughter has recently finished her MT schooling and now in the job hunt. I have been an MT for 8 years and what I see out there is a minimum of 2 years experience for most companies.. Do any of you know of companies that she can apply to for work.. she is wanting 2nd shift until things pickup for her then she will quit the day job LOL
