Hello Kristen

Have you tried your local hospitals?  The hospital may not be where you want to stay, but it is a great place to learn and get support and experience.  Also, I would contact another MT in the area.  Maybe an experienced MT who is an independent contractor would take you under his/her wing for a while.  Also, some hospitals do internships, which you could put on your resume as experience. 

Just a few ideas.  Best wishes.  I know it is very difficult.
