You may really need to surf the net and get your resume out there, but if you are determined, you will find work, as long as you can pass the tests of course. How are you doing in that area?

I have a list of over 200 online companies. I "know" you can find work. I don't care if you have done just one specialty. There are lots of companies that deal in specific specialties, and I've seen psyche listed in quite a few places. Just couldn't tell you "exactly" where because it's not something I've ever been interested in. Here is where you can run through my list.. http://www.pttm.org

The companies are in the MT A-Z list. Just rev up your resume and take it for a spin.

As mentioned, being certified with AAMT is definitely not going to hold you back. It might make you an extra penny or two at some places, but won't keep you from finding work.

Good luck! After 19 years, you deserve to work from home if you want!

I've already gotten applications at several DCs
she is 10 times more stubborn than I am and I think we are trying to see who will blink first. I've had more rest today so I feel better...she ended staying home because she was exhausted. She knows I am her best support network and the feature I'm hinting at now is the child's lack of ability to connect to other children of the same age, which is what happens when there are no peers around.

Daycare would have to come out of my pocket and I would have to work an extra day a week to afford that, which I would do if I could get her to agree to it, even if just for a morning program. I have to tread lightly and steer things in a subtle manner to achieve small successes.

She has the other GM scared that if a mistake is made, the child won't get to keep visiting, but who is she kidding when she wants her weekends free...she just hasn't grown up yet.

I was seriously considering seeking legal counsel to try to get custody this weekend as she had a hissy fit worthy of a 4 yo in front of the child. Still could be an option. Please parents! It's never to young to talk to your kids about birth control!! :)
most software applications require high speed. sm
problem with dial up is like using a little pipe to get water into your home. The pipe is too little to allow a big flow. Your program will crawl on dial up. Do a search for wireless internet and your nearest town. I cannot get cable or DSL here but found out there is a tower half mile from my house that is wireless. I didn't know it and they sure didn't tell me. So check around that way. Until you get high speed, most likely you will be unable to work unless you find a place that transfers .wav files from an FTP site.
