HELP!! CANCER

Has anyone heard of Ductal eccrine Adeno Carcinoma?  My uncle has it and it is a rare form of cancer and the Doctor's do not know how to treat it.  So all hope is lost.  I know it is a long shot but does anyone heard of it?  Has anyone heard of a treatment or cure?

If his doctors don't know how to treat it, then he needs to get to a large cancer research center like MD Anderson in Houston or Fred Hutch in Seattle...
