And you can to to your local community college and get the same great education in MT, too! It's going to be one heck of a lot cheaper. Sure, the online schools may supply your reference books, but with what you'll save going to a CC instead of online, you could buy a whole library and still be money ahead.
Go to your community college and gets hands-on experience/teaching. Your instructor will tell you what types of reference books you'll need to purchase. You will need these books to pass all labs (dictation tests in all areas of medicine).
Good luck!

Save as a .doc file sm
When you're finished with the test, make sure you save the document as a .doc file to send back. In 2007, a Word document would have a .docx extension.
I work for a company that uses an earlier version of Word, so I save as .doc files on a regular basis and they haven't had any problems with compatibility.
Hope this helps.
but you certainly save money on travel
and perhaps on work clothes/food away from home. When my son got to be about 8, the child care issue was no longer a problem. But when he was little, he would stand by my desk and say "Play with me" if I had no one to take care of him.
You could save others the same grief by responding to questions asking about the course you took so

Can you save your 2007 docs in 97-2003 format ? (sm)
That's what I do but if you need to get 2003, ebay is probably your best bet. :)
