Hi Christina,

I too am just starting out and am nervous.  I have kinda learned not to listen to all the negativity, but I was wondering if you could give us ideas about what companies are good with newbies? I mean, they want us to be thorough and all, but a lot of QA's don't want too many questions from what I hear?! Isn't that their job?
