Feeling overwhelmed--first day

Today was my first day on the job as an MT. I feel like I am in over my head. After a few hours of working, I have already gotten a call about how long the reports are taking me. To top it off it is EMR, which is supposed to be easy, is apparently not for me. Really, I would do better with just typing.
I have spent the last year and a half working full-time nights, taking care of my husband and kids, and also going to school (maintaining a 4.0) and managed not to go crazy. But today--today I feel just a little bit crushed. I am praying tomorrow goes better.

feeling overwhelmed
My first report was an Indian physician named Shubhang Mazumdar. I will never forget him. It was an operative report and it took me all day to type the report, really, 8 hours to type this guy. Don't beat yourself up, shake it off, get a good night's sleep and tackle another report in the morning. Practice makes perfect:))
Feeling it too!
Hi, I am currently doing the Allied course and definitely have found the MT part challenging and sometimes it is difficult to get a specific answer from Ed Support there. I think what you are feeling is very normal and common because like learning a new language, the confidence thing only comes with lots of practice. Do you know anyone who has done this course and gotten a job through them? I paid for the job placement services, but wonder if it was worth it as opposed to just looking on my own..... Thanks!
