I know exactly what you mean. I am having that same problem. I guess there are just too many people out there that have just finished school and are trying to get into this business. I just wish there was at least one company out there that would give us newbies a chance. I understand what their concern is (MTs not having enough schooling and having to work harder training them), but there are quite a few of us out there that did get good training and would like to have a chance to prove themselves. One day....One day....
