Do you consider this redundant?

He gives as TX options:  chiropractic care,(names a few more), and chiropractic adjustment. 

I am considering just putting chiropractic care, as that would encompass adjustment, but then again, adjustment is more specific.  I think I will QA it with the question, but am curious as to others' opinions on this.

This is not a verbatim account. And, I know, this is probably a very green newbie question, but I am still gunshy about making corrections like this.
