That would be the usual time to discuss a raise, and that is very low. In NC I was making much more than that when I was hourly. What specialty is it? Do you know how much you are producing? Do you have other duties? Are there other MTs whose production you can compare with your own? Do check the Ohio board (if that's where you're from, mtOH, and see what the going rate is for your experience and specialty. Then you'll be ready to talk business.
