Do better?

Are these companies you are testing with?  National services?  Do they give you the test back and show you what you had wrong? 

If these are services you are testing with, ask them to show you what you got wrong.  That should tell you how you need to improve. 

It seems pretty useless for someone to just tell you that you need to do better and not tell you how bad or good you did.  Don't be afraid to pin it down.  But be ready to hear the truth.  If you can take the truth, then you should have an idea where you need improvement.  Is it grammar, anatomy, physiology, medications, etc., etc. 

Keep testing. 

And like the poster below, read the boards.  Especially the word boards.  Those will tell you what terms sound like to the * untrained * ear and what they actually are.
