Disheartening

 Will someone please explain to me how I am suppose to get a job in this industry, when EVERYONE wants at least 2 years experience.  Its that ole catch 22, we wont hire you unless you have experience, how do you get experience, by getting a job but w/o experience we cant get a job.  I am just about going crazy looking and getting turned down.  Anyone have any ideas or can let me know how they finally managed to get their foot in the door? Thanks any input would be greatly appreciated!
