Congratulations!!
Wonderful news. I wish you the best.
I got my first MT job in March and I'm still loving it. I hope they treat you and appreciate you as well as my employer has so far.
Good luck!!
Congratulations!
Congratulations! I'm very happy for you. Do you mind saying the name of the company?
Congratulations!
It sounds as if you put lots of thought into how to compose an effective resume, and it worked well for you!
That, and all of the hard work you put in transcribing, along with completely researching and contacting companies.
You are a great example to other MTs who are just starting as to how to go about "catching" that first chance.
congratulations
Yeah!!!!!!! I love good news. Good for you!
Congratulations!
I hope everything works out great for you!
congratulations!
That is really great! thanks for the encouragement. I graduated almost 3 weeks ago. Let us know how your new job goes. :)
Congratulations! What school?

Congratulations on finishing your MT training!
Since it seems that you are just starting out in your career, it is interesting to note that you are "in the process of getting certification". I was not aware that AAMT had changed the requirements for sitting for the CMT exam. Have they waived their requirement that CMT candidates have two years of acute-care transcription experience to be eligible to sit for the exam?
If you mean that you will be getting a "certificate" from your MT school, that is something entirely different. A certificate from an MT school does not entitle the holder to call himself or herself a "certified" MT. If your school has led you to believe this is the case, you have been misled at best and possibly deliberately deceived.
Unfortunately, some of the less reputable schools have been known to claim that their course entitles their students to call themselves "certified". This term has a particular meaning in the MT world and to call oneself "certified" without successfully passing the official CMT exam could be considered fraud.
Not intended as criticism, just something you might want to check out before making claims on a resume that could lead to embarrassment.
Congratulations! I have been looking for months, but am not giving up.
.
Congratulations and good luck to you!
:-)
Congratulations on completing your training. sm
I'm not an expert or anything, but will tell you what I know. Both Medquist and MedScribe are legitimate companies. You might want to check out the MedQuist board on this site, check the titles to the left (on my computer). There is quite a bit of upheaval there right now.
Have not heard anything bad about MedScribe.
Do not know about MT Recruiters. Is this a placement service? I would go to the company board, and ask if anyone knows anything about them.
Someone posted here the other day that Monster.com had been hacked recently. I found it on the ABC News site, so I guess that is true. There is a place here on MT Stars that you can post a resume. Many of us have one there.
Good luck with your search.
Great News! Congratulations - NM

Congratulations is often spelled incorrectly...
It's not something to be overly concerned about. Besides, this board is a place where MTs come to get away from their job. Could it be possible that people posting here are not spell checking their posts? Yes, I think so.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! DING ! DING! DING!
I will NEVER forget how it felt to graduate my course and feel like it was a whole new start!
GOOD JOB! CONGRATULATIONS!
