I am so comfortable with my job (which is my first) and I have not been there a year yet and I have no plans of leaving any time soon. From the looks of the Medquist board that some on the company board, the grass is not greener on the other side. And if you make enough and are comfortable with your job, why change only to have to get used to a new one all over again?
