I was thinking of looking for work specifically working for chiropractors.  Anyone with that experience?  I was hoping to get an idea of whether they pay at the same rate as physicians.  Also, if employed by an online company, is there any way of making sure you can transcribe for an English speaking doctor without a foreign accent?

Did chiropractic....now at MTEC
I did chiropractic transcription for about 5 years, as well as 4 years of psychiatry before that and I was having a tough time finding anything out there since I was so limited in those 2 areas, so I just sign up for MTEC this past weekend.  There is so much positive feedback from other students there and it sounds like the graduates from MTEC are trained so well that they don't have too much trouble finding a company that will hire them.  ~  I'm happy I signed up.  I took a local home study in 1995, but I felt I needed better training, so that's why I'm going back.  ~  Good luck in making your decision.
You had a chiropractic practice and..sm
you want to be an MT? Oh my gosh! Let me give you some advice. Open your practice back up. It is so hard to get a good job in MT. Especially for a newbie. It is near impossible. I have 1-1/2 years exp and I can't even get another job because the current one is low of work. I can't tell you a company that would give you a chance. I honestly don't know.
Why don't you go to the chiropractic clinics and give them a flyer or something. You obviously know all the terminology with that specialty and would know it well enough I think to go on your own. That would be my suggestion.
