I have been there too. Very frustrating at first. My instructor said 12 pt. Times New Roman was the size/type most normally used. So, you just need to check with your facilitator to clarify if that is acceptable. As for the underscore, try highlighting just the underscore & click the bold button. Good luck. Don't give up!
