Why do some people seem so bitter toward me simply because I am looking for a way to bring in an income while I do my REAL job, which is being a Mom? I'm sorry if some of you think I'm being "selfish" because I want something that you may or may not have. As far as "throwing away" two possibilities...yes, the first one I was ignorant and didn't save her email address. The second one, I did not throw him away. He gave me the opportunity to see just what I was getting into and he taught me more than the school did and I am very grateful to him....AND, I left the door open with him. I asked him if I could contact him again when my youngest starts pre-school and he said yes. I'm not going to sacrifice my children's well being so I can pump out a bunch of reports that have incredibly FAST TAT's. He was completely understanding. But, the fact is, at this point we could really use a second income...nothing huge, just something to fill in the gaps. I didn't go into this "blind". I spoke with an IC and she gave me this great story about what a great job it was and how she could make her own hours and on and on. So, maybe she was sugar coating it, or maybe she's one of the few who is doing what I am hoping to do. Either way, what she told me sealed the deal and I started school. To those of you who are being HELPFUL and HONEST without being rude: THANKYOU. To those of you who are upset with me and post rude comments, well, I hope it makes you feel better to stomp on someone you don't even know. If being an MT makes you rude and bitter, than maybe I do need to give it up. LISA
