no one is going to do it. Companies are always looking for ways to cut costs, find ways to cut line rates, etc. It is hard to work as a team when we are all individuals all over the country. I like to help where I can, but my first responsibility is to my family. It isn't the responsibility of MT A to find MT B a job, MT B needs to do their own research and ask questions only after doing their own research.
