Spell Check
Try to avoid using a medical spell checker while you are in school, but always use regular spell check. For employment testing, use both.
For troublesome medical terms you might consider creating an alphabetic electronic word list.

Anyone with any MT training should know this AND how to spell it.
Any school that didn't teach it should be shut down. It's not some obsolete term, and it's very clear what it should be just from how she typed it, even without actually hearing it.
No, I don't think I'm exaggerating. If you think newbies don't need to know this, no wonder so much work is going overseas.
you need to spell advice correctly....LOL...nm

Know of a free trial Med. Spell Check?
I'm looking for a temporary med. spell checker. I hope to purchase Stedman's soon, but right now I need a decent spell check for employment testing!
Thanks!
Is it best to get the Stedman's spell checker before testing for companies?
I don't have this yet and am wondering if I should wait until I do before testing.
