Yes I took this mentoring program. I also paid $99 for a 12-week program. I took in starting last Jan. If she doesnt think you are ready for employment in 12 weeks it can go longer. I was in the program for 4-1/2 months. I got a job before I was finished with the program and she said no prob. Go ahead. I do know a fellow intern that was in the program and stayed for probably close to six months and finally got a job with them. She does hire her interns sometimes but it could take more than the 12 weeks. If you are having trouble finding a job this route may really help. You learn alot.
