12 cpl

i think i agree about the 10-12 cpl.  in fact that's sort of what i was leaning toward.  i don't want to start out TOO high, but there is the cost of paper, pickup/delivery, invoices, that stuff to consider.  it seems most of the services i checked into do pay considerably lower, but like was mentioned before, you're not responsible for all the 'extra' work, just transcription.  thanks to all who have given advice and i'm always open to more.
