I was told this very same thing when I was inhouse and just starting out. My sup told me this was common for beginners. Like the other post said leave your foot pedal at a reasonable rate where it will back up every 2 words when you take the your foot off the pedal. when your more relaxed when your transcribing that helps also! Good luck to you! I'm sure you will get there soon and those missing words will not be a problem for you!
