I have had a chance to review most MT programs and I think that CareerStep is a waste of time and money. 

It is ALWAYS hard to get started in MT when you are newly trained person.  My foot in the door was with a local company owned by a gal who attended the local AAMT meetings and hired me.  I have been working since at bigger and better things.
