I was doing work for a small MTSO that I just needed Word for, so I had no problems there. But I know it does not work with DocQScribe, Escriptions (they said about 6 months Vista will be compatible) and ExText I believe.

If you have XP - I'd stick with that for a while yet and let everyone catch up.
