The original problem pointed to a Runtime error, right after EXText and Transnet were installed on my system. I could be connected to the hospital and double click on the EXText icon. What came up was this message:
An Exception(unknown) has occurred. A Dump file will be created.
I click on OK and this message appears: Runtime Error! Program: C:DocNeTBinWC32.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
This is what happened after EXText was installed at the start, and the man who installed it said I should start Word first and then EXText. Okay, I do that and things go through, but then Word has control of the keyboard commands.
Even after reinstalling EXText and getting the 24 upgrade files, the *same* thing happens.
