I think they can over whelm you. Especially when you are working on another report and they keep im you with what you did wrong on the last report. To much negative info and when you some perfect you don't hear a word. They could at least let you know that report # whatever was perfect and keep up the good work. That one sentence would go a long way in helping a person cope with the low pay.
