It's all part and parcel of working on keyboards that are inherently not user friendly.
Part of my check at the end of the month is going for one of these babies: The Kinesis Freestyle.

Someone else on the board got one and she said within days her hand and wrist pain went away. This lets you split the keyboard into two parts and move it out wider, so you're not putting your arms and wrists at an awkward position to use a regular keyboard. It's pricey, but I'm betting it's going to be worth every penney.
