"letting our kids and grandkids pay the bills." People said that over the Reagan deficit in the 80s. That didn't happen. Money well spent, the Cold War is over, and we had one of the greatest economic growths we've ever seen. And please, explain to me exactly how this war is over oil. I've never had that explained to me. Last time I filled up my car, it was 2.26/gal. Where is all this "free oil" going? I'm afraid that "war for oil" cry is as tired as the one about our grandkids paying the bills. Words are cheap.
