i've been doing medical transcription for over 20 years, have been with the company i'm with now for a year and a half, and i struggle to hit the required 1200 lines a day.  i don't know how you all do it.  when i worked at the hospital i was at for all those years, i was never the fastest, but not the slowest either, kind of considered one of the fast ones though.  i use Expanders now, but never have a day where i only have one account, usually more like anywhere from 5 to 12 different ones.  but seriously, i would love to know how people can type 2000 lines a day in an 8 hour day.  on my best days, where i've had mostly just the 1 or 2 primary accounts i really feel comfortable with, i'm ecstatic if i get over 1300.  what am i doing wrong?  i'm not a machine, and i do take occasional short little breaks, but basically i pretty much work steadily.
