You don't mention what the x-rays are for. Did she injure herself or is there a possibility of scoliosis or something? The x-rays should not be harmful if taken correctly. We all receive radiation by just walking around in the current environment or living in a brick house. And what do you mean by "push" Gardasil? It is recommended, and I don't know what the age of consent is, but you and your daughter may want to research it a bit before you refuse.
