This is about a month & some change late, but this is what I DON'T like about working at home. On 9/11/01, I did not know what the heck was going on, because no one thought to call me. Not my husband, not my sons, not my friends. In the late afternoon, I got an general E-mail from the hospital I was working for saying there was going to be a prayer service for our country in the chapel at such and such time. SO I jumped up, terrified, and turned on the TV and saw my country being bombed and attacked and thought, is this WWIII? And I didn't even know a thing about it? Anyway, my 2 cents, what I don't like about working at home. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't be in my dark little tax-exempt room, shut off from planet earth -- not in a New York Minute. I would be connected.
