Valerian root or melatonin supplements from the health food store might help. nm

you can be Sam-E solo and it is great with depression/mood swings. valerian root and/or melatonin b

A blank is what I would put. Root (nerve root) is all that comes to mind.

Go to the store, get valerian. It is a natural way
to soothe. You may also try St. John's wort. Valerian is fast acting, St. John's takes 2 weeks to kick in. Only problem with valerian, is since it is made with flowers, it has a strong odor. But it will help.
Try to dissociate yourself from your notes. Pay attention to the words and the grammar and edit as you go along instead of paying attention to the stories. As with anything, cognitive therapy helps, but if you go to the library, there are plenty of books on this subject. If you get really anxious, you can take a benadryl now and then, however, this may be sedating, and you can do that if you are finished work for your full shift or until you come back later, so you can rest.
I suggest doing all of these things before addressing such a personal issue with your employer. As a professional, you can solve these things through training your mind, and through healthy remedies. If nothing else, you can always visit a walk-in clinic which is about 70.00 and they can prescribe something but the healthy remedies are just as good and not addictive, IMO. All the best to you! PS: Keep your chin up and thinking positive. You are not the people in the notes. You are you.
Root Canals...sm
Anyone care to share any experiences they may have had with these? I need a root canal and I'm terrified of dentists! Unfortunately, it's a front tooth, so I have no choice but to have it done. Just wondering what to expect.
Thanks in advance!
Root Canals
I have had four root canals, all done by an endodontist. No pain with any of them. It is not a bad experience. I had to pay for one myself just recently and it was $1400. The crown, of course, was not included and will probably be done by your general dentist.
I have had two root canals in the past
I do not like the dentist either, but they had to be done. The most painful part was the needle in the beginning. One thing I would let your dentist know is that you are afraid. It's ok to tell them that, and they can take extra steps to try and make you comfortable.
root canals - I've had several
Didn't feel a thing, honest. I was scared of dentists too, but found a good one, and I'm not anymore - of course, if he retires, I'm back to square one.
its not money that is root of all evil, it is

NO NAMES... BUT THEY ROOT FOR GREEN BAY PACKERS...SM
and it gets C O L D up there. State is known for beer and cheese manufacturing. There is a queen bee MQ (only QA there, to save $$$). From the getgo, she'll hurl insults at you, wear you down, etc. Name begins with "S", I believe.
Don't care at all since the Cards lost, but I'll root for the White Sox.

Cool.........Love it! Go Steelers! Gotta root for my State team! nm

Valerian and Kava Kava will both help with anxiety... sm
I would be careful, though, if you choose to continue taking the Soma or other anxiety medications. If you are worried about the side effects from herbs but are still interested in trying them, take them in tea form and use milder herbs, such as chamomile or oatstraw. Herbs are usually safer when taken as a tea, as the most active constituents of the plant are not isolated. When you use the whole herb (as in a tea, not a capsule or standardized extract) you get a more balanced effect from the herb.
You know, oats are extremely nourishing to the nervous system. You can eat them as oatmeal or drink a tea of oatstraw. Oats are mild with little or no side effects when used in this way.
Good luck!
