Place your cursor over the bottom bar of your computer screen, anywhere blank, and right click your mouse. Right click on task manager. It brings up a box. Click the processes tab. Click anything that says, "32" in it, i.e. type32.exe or wc32.exe or Wc32.exe to highlight and then click "end process". This will end the conflicts with Word.
Then connect to your VPN and then Extext. If this doesn't help, call the tech.
