I have had a little relief with "Nada Chair" which is not a chair but a contraption that has a belt which wraps around your knees, pulling a back support forward. It's hard to explain, depends on which part of your back aches. This was a gift to me.Just Google it and see if it applies to you. This plus a microwaveable heating pad brings some relief. Changed chairs several times and it did not work. It's all mechanical says PT, too many years all hunched over the keyboard. It does hurt, I understand. Not pushing this product, just throwing it out as per my oown experience. Have tried it all and find there is no complete solution except to stop abusing yourself with too many hours at the keyboard. Good luck.
