still (!) not done working, but some verses to look at:

I Corinthians 7:2: ...let EVERY man have his own wife... which goes on in verses 8 and 9 with your recollection, to burn.

Hebrews 13:4 marriage is honorable in ALL (or let marriage be had in honor among all)...(not some, and not all except priests...)

1 Timothy 4:1-3 re: seducing spirits and forbidding to marry.

I know this is a legal question but just curious as to individual experience.

Briefly, I know someone who will be filing for a divorce. In the meantime, she bought another house (out of state). She is hoping that her future ex-hubby does not find out so he does not get 1/2 ownership. etc. It is my understanding that LEGALLY she MUST hand over ALL financial documentation up front for the attorneys. Her banker told her it was not necessary? (I question his integrity)Personally, I think she's nuts and could get into a lot of trouble. Thanks everyone.

If you want change, YOU have to start it -- by applying for a job. A REAL JOB. Somewhere you can actually work!!! Somewhere you actually have to work. I've done my work for today! I've cranked out 1982 lines today. At my rate plus incentive, that's $213.07. What have YOU done?!

See, I do this several days in the payperiod and it adds up. In fact, it adds up so much that I already have my next month's budget made! Now I'm working for FUN money and for SAVINGS (so I won't have to whine and complain if I decide I want to leave -- I'll be able to afford to!).

Fill out the complaint forms on QNet. Write them a letter. The phone calls won't get it because those cannot be documented.

BE BRAVE. DO SOMETHING. Be your best advocate, your own best friend, for cryin' out loud. PROTECT YOURSELF and your family.

There you go. Get another job...maybe one in addition to MQ or one in place of MQ but try another company out. Fill out a complaint form. Write a letter to Frank and actually mail it. Do something PROFESSIONAL about your PROFESSIONAL problems. Just do something...other than sit here and whine about the same problem.

You're not paralyzed, you know. If you can find your way to this board and type your little wimpy posts, you can certainly type out a complaint form and/or a letter and drop it in the mail. You can apply for another job. You can interview. You CAN do this work, right????????

I have worked with people who have requested
to be off certain accounts because of their religious beliefs and not wanting to transcribes procedures they were not comfortable doing, but not because the doctors were too hard.

I personally have almost 30 years in this business and still have trouble with certain docs, but others do them without problem. There is almost always 1 or 2 doctors on an account that nobody wants to do for variosu reasons, but I just stick it out and believe that it will make and has made be a better MT in the long run.

TASP recommendations requested

Can any IC's recommend a really inexpensive, easy to set up TASP that offers digital and phone? I have used Emdat and like it, but it is expensive. I have used Bayscribe and love it, but their spellchecker is worthless. Something that works with MS Word would be great. Recommendations?

I, as a MT, get the connotation. Unfortunately, I think there will be more misses than hits. Brilliant idea, but I would dig deep for another. Very best of luck to you in your new endeavor.

I recently requested time off for the first time...
(3 days off) and gave 2 weeks notice but was asked by my boss to give more notice next time. I thought 2 weeks was decent, but next time I will give at least 30 days.
