I'm getting the run around from a certain transcription company who would not allow me to work with a contract and originally said that it would take 2 months for me to get my first paycheck and then she said she would have something for me on the 1st of June - well that has come and gone - any ideas from anyone on how to get this company to pay me the almost $900 that they owe me. I no longer am working for her, and she is a total ditz - and I've worked with some doozies in my time - but this has been the worst. She also did not offer me a HIPAA to sign and this worries me, as well. The physicians were local to my area. Need advice.
