the poster expects the rate that the MTSO is paid by the hospital. Sounds to me like he/she just feels that a higher rate is deserved for the MTs who never need QA, and in my opinion is not unfair, and not unrealistic in all cases either. (Some companies DO pay more to MTs who never need QA!)
