I had many more responses to this than I ever imagined.  I initially offered it to the first 10 people who responded, but so many people did that I am giving it to everyone I got an e-mail from before midnight.  This is a really fun project for me and a way to share what has made me successful with other people so they will also be successful.  I truly appreciate the great response; had no idea it would get so many people riled up.
