Hi,
Thank you for our email. I had almost given up on macros until I saw your email. I tried the code you provided in my MS Word VB editor. However, I was not able to run the macro as it was showing an error. Could you please help me understand how to apply macro to MS word document, or how to run it on a document. ( I have very little knowledge on visual basics) . I have a long list to enter and doing auto correct, entering manually is very cumbersome at present. I greatly appreciate your help with macros.
