Thanks for the good advice all around. In fact I have been busy researching jobs for a couple of months now and giving it DEEP thought. I know 2 MTs who work for the company I am going to and I have picked their brains thoroughly. I know it would be better to do both for awhile but I also work part-time at a hospital, so there really aren't enough hours in the day to do all of it... and.... I really cannot take it anymore!! I could go on and on about the stuff I've been through in the last year with you-know-who but many of you have all been through this as well as I've read in the archives. They rated me a 5/6 (6 being the best) and sung my praises while throwing me into the melting pot just one too many times. I stuck in there for over a year and it was my first online job. After over a year of very difficult accounts, mostly ESLs, constant switching of my accounts, (from bad to worse, I guess because they figured I could handle it) running out of work, working weekends and holidays with no extra pay, making barely minimum wage because of the above... the list goes on... and the answer was no. Why? One reason was because I didn't reach my line committment. Hello? I was RUNNING OUT OF WORK regularly!!!!! Another reason was because of my high submission rate to QA. Hello again???? When I tossed back and forth on accounts, I was on 100% QA admission for periods of time!!!!! That was the straw that did it. That and my newest account that is making me nuts... more nuts.

So.... I don't know what color the grass is but I'm sure there must be better oxygen somewhere out there! That, and the fact that it looks like many are fed up and moving on. Also, I need to say that I'm no quitter and a very patient person. Old work ethic and all but I need to use my wings.

Until I found this board I was desperately trying to put up with all the stuff thinking it was ME. I now realize THEY have some huge problems and it doesn't get better.

Off my soapbox... thanks again.
