I found this article very interesting.   Maybe my boss knows what he's talking about after all.    He's rather proud of himself, I think, and considers himself "an innovator" because no one around here does this sort of thing right now and apparently he wants to be the first.  More power to him, I guess.  Just not sure if it's something I want to take on!
