I agree, focusing on the "fear factor" is not a good motivator! I get very psyched out myself if I use paying the bills as my sole motivation for working. Good observation, positive versus negative.

I also think, though, that with the emphasis on keeping one's lines up, we've totally bypassed the reality that we all have limits. I understand I have to do my share, but I'm human. Yes. Agreed.

How hard is it to get into editing? If you or anyone could point me in the right direction, I'm interested in examining this further. Not asking anyone to do the legwork for me... simply to point me in the general direction.
