I am definitely planning on moving in with a friend the end of this lease (December) and that will help some. I'm just not sure where I will be financially with this new trade in a couple of years and want to wipe the slate clean. I've always been very independent and hate moving in with anyone, I consider that last resort. Plus I have two animals. Thanks for the response.
