I thought I would just pass this on....I have a good friend that is an HIM manager at one of the local hospital using Sphiris...seems that they are now going to use MTs that are only experienced on clinic chart notes to go on neurosurgery ops. No experience. I don't need to be "flamed" and please don't ask me who or where, 'cause I can "spill the beans"...but it seems like they are getting somewhat desperate...taking on too much with too little personnel to handle it.
