thank you so much for answering - as I mentioned, I am renting the place. I did not find a book. But I was surprised that the owners did not let me know about the cleaner for the stove. I saw the Windex and assumed that hey, it's Windex, it's a glass cleaner!!

Should I say something now to the owners or should I wait until my lease is up? How much does a new stovetop cost?
