When you click on your direcway icon at the bottom of your screen, it will give you a product version (software version you are running). To upgrade to biz version, you do not have to have a new satellite; however, the cost does go up. Also on Hughes home page, there is a listing there about working with VPNs. You might (or might not) find this helpful as well.
